This notice explains how ASB Greenworld Eesti OÜ, operating the ASB Professional website, handles personal data submitted through this website.

What this notice covers
ASB Professional is the professional-facing brand of ASB Greenworld Eesti OÜ. This notice applies when you use the website inquiry form or otherwise contact us through the website. It does not replace a separate privacy notice that may apply to an employment application, a customer contract, or a supplier relationship.
Information we collect
Depending on what you submit, this can include:
- name, company, work email address and country or region;
- product, crop or project interest and the message you send us;
- your selected language and your privacy or marketing choices; and
- limited technical security information, such as an IP-address fingerprint used to rate-limit and protect the form from abuse.
Please do not submit special-category or other sensitive personal data through the inquiry form.
Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary for us to respond to an inquiry. Other fields are optional, but may help us route the request to the appropriate contact.
Why we use it and the legal basis
Responding to an inquiry
We use the details you provide to assess your request, reply to you, prepare for a possible business relationship, and keep the related correspondence. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website security and reliable delivery
We use minimal technical information and delivery logs to prevent misuse, investigate failed form submissions and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) in keeping the website secure and the inquiry service reliable.
Optional marketing
We only use your email address for ASB Professional product news, events and marketing if you actively select the optional marketing checkbox. The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Marketing consent is not required to send an inquiry and can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email or by emailing international@asbprofessional.com with the subject “unsubscribe”.
Who can access your information
Your inquiry is available only to ASB Greenworld Eesti OÜ personnel who need it to answer or manage the request. We also use carefully selected technical providers for website hosting, email delivery, security and support. They may process data only on our instructions and for the stated purposes. We do not sell inquiry data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing customer relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical website delivery logs are automatically removed after 90 days. Evidence of an optional marketing consent is retained while marketing is sent and for up to 24 months after withdrawal, so that we can document the consent and respect an opt-out.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise a right, email international@asbprofessional.com. We aim to respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

We do not use inquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling. If a technical provider needs to process personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
