A Week of Growth, Innovation, and Collaboration in Mexico

Last week, the ASB Professional team had the pleasure of participating in GreenTech Americas in Querétaro, Mexico—one of the most important events for the horticultural industry in Latin America.

This vibrant event brought together growers, innovators, and industry leaders from across the region to discuss challenges, solutions, and the future of sustainable horticulture.

🌎 Why Mexico Matters to Us

Latin America—and Mexico in particular—is becoming a key hub for horticulture. The region’s focus on improving production efficiency and adopting sustainable growing practices aligns perfectly with ASB Professional’s mission. Being present at GreenTech Americas allows us to connect directly with growers who are looking for high-quality, reliable substrate solutions that support healthier, more efficient crops.

🤝 Conversations That Inspire

Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to connect with customers, partners, and new contacts. These conversations were incredibly valuable—from discussing how our peat-based substrates can improve water retention in challenging climates to exploring blends tailored to local crops and conditions.

🔍 What We Showcased

At our booth, visitors had the chance to learn about:

  • Our premium peat-based substrates for professional horticulture.

  • How our products help optimize root development and improve crop health.

  • Our sustainable practices and how we are reducing peat usage in our blends.

🌱 Looking Toward the Future

Our visit to Querétaro was more than just a business trip—it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships and better understand how we can support growers in Mexico and across Latin America. We are grateful for the warm welcome, the valuable conversations, and the chance to contribute to the growth of the horticulture sector in the region.

💚 Thank You, Querétaro! See You Next Year.

To everyone who visited us—thank you! If we didn’t get a chance to connect during the event, or if you’d like to continue the conversation, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, let’s grow smarter.
